The heart of LWI is about Living With Intention. We want all residents to not only live with comfort, safety and warmth, but to live with purpose, meaning and intention.

We have established a clear vision and strategy that sets us apart from an increasingly crowded marketplace of housing providers. LWI believes in being more than just a landlord and will offer ongoing support to its partners.

 

LWI plans to significantly contribute to social investment through its activities and will measure its social impact through an independent third party, at least every 2-3 years. LWI wishes to make and maintain a genuine impact in areas through housing provision, via additional support, care and community events.

 

Customer engagement and closer working with other members of the community, together with the Board members, will enable greater, more positive impacts to be achieved and maximise the leverage of funds.

 

The ability for tenants to staircase out their purchase and increase the percentage of their ownership falls in line with our ethos and mission, facilitating the purchase of further shares in the property, leading up to possible 100% ownership.
